Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@minddbeauty.com. We process orders quickly, so reach out right away and we'll do our best to make changes before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

How long does shipping take?

We ship both within Australia and internationally.

Within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on your location
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We love rewarding our customers:

  • Free standard shipping within Australia when you order 2 or more bottles in a single order.
  • Free standard shipping internationally when you order 4 or more bottles in a single order.
How can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Simply click the link or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Mindd Beauty products. 

Satisfaction promise: Not in love with your Mood Mist? If it doesn’t bring a little joy, calm, focus, confidence, or rest to your day, contact us within 7 days and we’ll offer a refund or exchange.

Shipping protection: If your Mood Mist arrives damaged in the post, we’ll replace it — just contact us within 7 days.

How do I return a product?

Returning a product is simple:

"To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@minddbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the process."

  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed.
  • When will I receive my refund? Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! Mindd Beauty is proudly cruelty-free. We never test on animals and are committed to ethical and responsible beauty.

Are your ingredients safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are formulated with care and are suitable for most skin types. However, as with any new skincare or beauty product, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. If you experience any redness, irritation, itching or discomfort, discontinue use immediately.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

We don't currently have a loyalty program, but watch this space — exciting things are coming! In the meantime, make sure you're subscribed to our emails so you're the first to hear about special offers and new launches.

Do your products have an expiry date?

Our products do not carry a traditional expiry date, however we recommend using them within a reasonable timeframe after opening for best results. To keep your products in top condition, please:

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Keep out of direct sunlight
  • Keep away from heat sources

Ensure the lid is tightly closed after each use.

How do I apply a discount or promo code?

Easy! Simply enter your promo code at checkout and it will be automatically applied to your order total. Only one promo code can be used per order.

Do you offer student or influencer discounts?

We do not currently offer student or influencer discount programs. Keep an eye on our website and social media for any upcoming promotions and offers.
