Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if the product isn’t quite right for you. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. To request an exchange, email hello@minddbeauty.com with your order number and the product you would like instead, and our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
